Research Focus

Prof. Koller's research focus includes:

  • UN Sales Convention (CISG; Vienna Sales Convention)
  • Law of Payment Instructions
  • Interaction between Private Law and Tax Law
  • Interaction between Private Law and Social (Insurance) Law
  • Law of Tenancy

Prof. Koller writes comments, articles, essays and case notes in these areas. 

Additionally, Prof. Koller frequently examines other areas of (material) Private Law, especially the Swiss Code of Obligations, and occasionally litigation issues.
