The second-home legislation is a much debated topic, particularly among affected municipalities. On the occasion of a symposium hosted by the University of Bern on 4 August 2017 in Adelboden, various experts presented on this rather complex legislation and exchanged first, practical experiences. The event also offered the opportunity to launch a book in which staff members and graduates of the University of Bern comment on the second-home legislation and second-home regulations.
