Notaries and the Digital World

In celebration of their Notary Day on 14 June 2018, the Bernese Notary Association hosted a conference on «Notaries and the Digital World». Prof. Dr. Mirjam Eggen, Prof. Dr. Stephan Wolf and Dr. Martin Eggel presented, among others, on the conclusion and fulfillment of contracts on block chain, implications of digitization for notarial practice and inheritance of digital assets. The conference proceedings were published (in German) in Jusletter on 2 July 2018.
