Margaretha Schulz

Margaretha Schulz is currently in the second semester of her Master of Law, after having successfully completed her Bachelor of Law at the University of Basel. During her bachelor studies, she had the chance to participate in a mock trial, where she discovered her passion for working on complex cases as well as pleading them in front of an audience, and learned the value of applying theoretical knowledge into practice while still being a student at university. In addition to her studies, she is currently working in a law firm, gaining first practical experience in the fields of criminal and public law. Margaretha is very much looking forward to take part in the Willem C. Vis Moot Court, especially due to her particular interest in international affairs. She sees her participation as a unique educational opportunity to strengthen her practical legal skills, work closely with a team to solve an intricate case, and meet students from other universities. In her free time, Margaretha enjoys discovering different places and cuisines from around the world, spending time with family and friends as well as reading and going for hikes in the Bernese alps.
