Franca is in the second semester of her Master's degree at the University of Bern. She gained her first legal experience at a smaller law firm, where she worked in many different areas. She was able to pursue her enthusiasm for international topics during her many years as a board member of Model United Nations at the University of Bern.
Today, she works as a junior research assistant at the Institute for International Private Law and Procedural Law (CIVPRO) at the University of Bern for Prof. Dr. Alexander Markus, where she gains insights into international procedural law as well as arbitration.
She is looking forward to participating in the Vis Moot because it is a unique opportunity to broaden her experience in arbitration, to learn from experienced arbitrators and to further improve her legal English and negotiation skills.
