Laura is in the second semester of her Master of Law at the University of Bern. She discovered her passion for international arbitration during a short-term internship in the litigation and arbitration practice group of a leading Zurich law firm and while working as a junior research assistant at the Institute for Private International Law and Civil Procedure of the University of Bern.
Participating in the Vis Moot offers Laura an excellent opportunity to work on an arbitration case, to expand her knowledge and at the same time to improve her rhetorical skills. She is particularly looking forward to the prospect of working in a team with other highly motivated students over a longer period of time.
Laura finds a healthy balance to her studies in the gym and outdoors with her dog Calimero. She also appreciates spending time with her friends and family.
