Philipp completed his bilingual matura in 2020. After his thesis was awarded at the competition "Schweizer Jugend forscht", he decided to study law at the University of Bern.
He works as a junior research assistant at the chair of Prof. Susan Emmenegger. In this context, he can live out his enthusiasm for the theoretical aspects of law. In 2023, Philipp won the Swiss Moot Court with his team. Shortly thereafter, he completed a six-week summer internship at a leading Swiss law firm.
In his free time, Philipp is involved in politics or in events organized by the Swiss Study Foundation. He is also an avid saxophonist and music enthusiast. He is looking forward to the exchange with students from all over the world and is excited about the diverse challenges that the next six months will bring.
