Michelle Stöckli hat ihr Jurastudium im Jahre 2017 an der Universität Bern begonnen und befindet sich nun im zweiten Semester des Masterstudiums. Im Hinblick auf ihr berufliches Ziel, Anwältin zu werden, ist es ihr besonders wichtig, Erfahrungen in der Praxis zu sammeln. Aus diesem Grund hat sie bereits Sommerpraktika in einem Notariat und in einer Kanzlei im Kanton Bern gemacht. Während ihrem Studium hat sie ihr Interesse am Vertrags- und Prozessrecht entdeckt. Durch ihre Teilnahme am Willem C. Vis Moot Court erhofft sie sich, spannende praxisnahe Einblicke in diese zwei Rechtsgebiete zu erhalten. Sie freut sich besonders darauf, mit ihren Teamkollegen zusammenzuarbeiten und ihre Kenntnisse in Legal English zu verbessern. In ihrer Freizeit bereist Michelle gerne verschiedene Länder und tanzt Streetdance und Modern.
Michelle Stöckli started her law studies in 2017 at the university of Bern and is now attending her second semester of the master of law. With regard to her professional goal of becoming a lawyer, it is particularly important to her to gain experience in practice. For this reason, she completed summer traineeships in a notary's office and in a law firm in the canton of Bern. During her studies, she discovered her interest in contract law and procedural law. By participating in the Vis Moot Court, she hopes to gain exciting practical insights into these two fields of law. She is especially looking forward to working with her teammates and improving her legal English. In her spare time she likes travelling to different countries and dancing streetdance or modern.
